Pick-up is at 9 am
After about an hour and fifteen minutes drive we arrive to the Volcanic Park of La Fageda d’en Jordà. We will walk through the Park, where we will see the forest and the volcanoes (not active, don’t worry about an eruption 😉 The forest is famous because a Catalan poet wrote about it and it grows on lava stones.
Catalan lunch !
After seeing the Santa Margarida vulcano, we will stop and have lunch at a restaurant. The food is typical Catalan food from the interior, very authentic and tasty.
Old town on the rocks
Then, we will drive to the old town of Castellfollit de la Roca, a spectacular town built on top of a volcanic crag, from where you have some scenic landscapes. We can have a coffee or a beer and we will drive back to be around 19 or 19:30 in Barcelona.
